Meet Jenni

LMFT EMDR Trained Brainspotting Trained EFT Trained Somatic Work Attachment-Based

Jenni believes healing happens in relationship — first with a therapist who can offer a steady, attuned presence, and over time, within yourself. She works from an attachment-based framework, drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy to understand how early relationships still shape the way you connect, protect, and cope today.

Alongside that relational lens, Jenni is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting — two approaches that help the nervous system process experiences that talk alone often can't fully reach. Her goal in every session is to offer a safe, unhurried space to process childhood experiences, relational wounds, and current struggles, while building the tools and understanding you need to carry forward on your own.

Who Jenni Works With

Areas of focus

Individual therapy for adults navigating a wide range of experiences — often, more than one thread at once.

Grief & Loss

Space to feel what's true, at whatever pace grief actually moves.

Relational & Attachment Wounds

Understanding the patterns that show up in your closest relationships — and why.

Childhood & Complex Trauma

Processing what happened then, so it has less hold on you now.

Infertility & Miscarriage

A compassionate space to hold grief, hope, and everything between.

Family-of-Origin Work

Making sense of the family patterns you inherited, and choosing what to keep.

How Jenni Works

An integrated approach

Jenni weaves relational and body-based approaches together, tailored to what your nervous system and story actually need.

Already working with another therapist on couples or family issues? Individual sessions with Jenni can run alongside that existing work — supporting your own personal process while your couples or family therapy continues separately.
